My son and daughter both go to Judo. They both love it. Their fitness is a lot better and it has given them a lot of confidence. One of their favourite clubs. My son has now been doing this for 3 years so it is not a phase they progress and build on what they have learnt so ensure they keep the kids engaged and progressing
